Dear Cid,
What a joy and benefit it was to work with your graduates during this years Country Thunder USA held at Queen Creek, AZ.

As you are aware, we are not your everyday food and beverage job. We as a festival control and run every inch of our property. Some of these inches include operating and staffing 5 major saloons and 26 restaurants, which over the course of only 4 days generates over 1.2 Million dollars in sales. This is a tremendous volume for any business. Our saloons at time would have over 30 bartenders going all out for hours on end. No easy task for any bartender, veteran or recent graduate.

Your graduates were great! We appreciated each and every one of the 30 bartenders you supplied for us and they with any graduates from you school are welcome to work for us anytime. Speaking of anytime, did you know we were even flying out a couple of your graduates to help us at our Wisconsin festival July 15-18.

I am happy to recommend your school and students anytime. If anyone would like to call me they may reach me in our WI office until September or in AZ after November. Please start planning now for 100 of your students to do our year 2000 festival. I would like to use just your staff for our needs.

Sincerely,
Dave Kremer
CEO / CTUSA
