Wanted to take a moment to tell you how much my two sons and I enjoyed attending classes at your academy. While attending college, I worked at the school bookstore, but had friends who had bartending jobs. It seemed that they always had more money than me and more time to spend it. This is why I suggested to my boys that they learn the trade while in school.

I decided to take the school with them for several reasons. It was a good way to see the kids when they're home on the holiday (maybe the only way). I also enjoyed leaning to make a variety of drinks that are served at a bar and who knows, someday, I may run away from home and get a job tending bar in the Caribbean.
